I support companies in sustainably strengthening their employees and managers in their personal and professional development. The focus is on individual coaching that takes a holistic view of people – with their strengths, values, potential and challenges. This allows authentic leaders and diverse talents to flourish, fostering long-term commitment to the company.
Key challenges for modern organisations include authentic, values-based leadership, building a corporate culture that genuinely promotes diversity, and retaining high-performing employees in the long term. At the same time, mental health, resilience and the prevention of overwork and burnout are becoming increasingly important. Diversity only unleashes its power when it is consciously recognised, valued and purposefully harnessed.
I deliberately use coaching rather than training. Because supporting employees on an individual basis, rather than providing standardised training, builds trust, fosters development and creates genuine loyalty. My services include coaching for employees and managers, as well as the targeted development and support of women in leadership roles – with the aim of unlocking potential, empowering people and making companies fit for the future.

Authentic Leadership

1:1 coaching for employees and
managers

  • “Authentic Leadership” coaching packages – 3- or 6-month support.
  • Based on an initial 3-hour session to thoroughly analyse the individual situation within the company, their professional and personal challenges, and their coaching goals, we work together for either 3 months (in 5 sessions of 1.5 hours each, held fortnightly) or 6 months (in 9 sessions of 1.5 hours every three weeks) on the key development steps and conclude with a concrete development plan and measurement of goal achievement in the 2.5-hour final session.
  • Online coaching and on-site coaching available by arrangement.
Female Leadership

1:1 support for women in and aspiring to leadership roles

  • “Female Leadership” coaching packages – 3- or 6-month support.
  • Based on an initial 3-hour session for an in-depth analysis of the individual situation within the company, the professional and personal challenges faced as a female leader, and the coaching objectives, we work together for either 3 months (in 5 sessions of 1.5 hours every two weeks) or 6 months (in 9 sessions of 1.5 hours every three weeks) on the key development steps and conclude with a concrete development plan and measurement of goal achievement in the 2.5-hour final session.
  • Online coaching and in-person coaching on-site by arrangement.
